Responsibilities
Identify gaps and continually improve our hiring processes
Collaborate and share learnings and questions with our recruiting team throughout interviewing and hiring, as well as creating and various initiatives that contribute to growing both our brand and our company
Partner with external hiring managers/clients to identify qualified candidates for direct hire/permanent job orders and work with a sense of urgency.
Actively recruit passive candidates via LinkedIn, internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing existing candidate pool and network.
Requirements
3+ years of business experience for mid level technical recruiters.
Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and organize large volumes of data and information
Direct and delegate work to recruiting coordinators as appropriate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
