Our client is looking for a Software Engineer, you will be entrusted with the design and development of web-based products that delight our customers and scale out to millions of users. Your responsibilities include design and develop highly scalable web application to take products and features from inception through agile development and into our customer's hands. Every engineer in our small team has an outsized impact, and responsible for development of projects that define the future of the company. This is an excellent ground floor opportunity with the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

   Design, develop and deploy high-volume scalable web applications in Java
   Work closely with the team to define requirements and translate into performant, developer-friendly code, frameworks, and APIs
   Participate in system design, architecture decisions and code reviews
   Work in a highly interactive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

   4+ years of experience in Java development
   Hands-on development and coding of application components, UI controls, APIs
   Hands-on programming skills in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript libraries such as AngularJS and ReactJS highly desirable
   Experience with Java, Scala, Rest API, Mongo DB
   Strong OO design skills with good coding discipline
   Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
   Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, rapidly growing environment
   BS or MS degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field required.
   Minimum 4+ years of related experience.
