Responsibilities

   Coach candidates on how to effectively interview with our teams
   Provide data-driven recommendations around interviewing and hiring decisions
   Play a significant role in closing candidates with our clients
   Screen and qualify existing candidate pool for job orders by listening intently and asking effective questions.
   Conduct candidate interviews in our offices

Requirements

   1-3 years of business experience for mid level technical recruiters.
   Self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency
   Demonstrable knowledge of technologies and career paths for software engineers
   Ability to converse comfortably with and act as a thought partner to engineers and Hiring Managers
   Proven track record of being able to source and hire senior engineers
   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
